We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Food and Beverage professional to join our dynamic team. As a Food And Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant.
  • Collaborate with team members to respond to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
  • Upsell items to maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Great communication skills and confidence to engage with guests.
