Remote Line Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Chef to join our team in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals and functions during their swing.

This is a FIFO position departing from Perth, working a 2:1 roster.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and presentation
  • Work under pressure in a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain high quality and attention to detail in food presentation
Requirements:
  • Australian recognized Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate (NVQ Level 4 and City & Guilds accepted)
  • At least 2 years post-trade or commercial cooking experience
  • Experience in bulk and batch cookery for large groups
