An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer and strong conceptual thinker to work with our growing and varied client base. You will enjoy leading from the front and having a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

You will have a demonstrated ability to respond to briefs across print, branding, advertising, marketing, digital and video design with highly creative and intelligent solutions that strategically deliver on the requirements of the brief.

Trend-focused and with an enviable design flair, you will admire beautiful, stylish creative. You will be a natural communicator, a dynamic leader, and highly effective at time management balancing creativity with deadlines.

You should be happy working in a collaborative environment where your ideas are challenged, and where you challenge the ideas of others in a constructive way. You should have the willingness to push the boundaries of a project and the process in which the results are achieved.

The role requires you to work in a team environment in a leadership capacity with direction from the Creative and Art Director as well as independently, conceiving quality creative solutions and following through from inception to implementation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create on brief, original ideas, taking them from scamp to delivery across all channels.
  • Present ideas with passion and flair, selling them in to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute both large campaigns and small creative briefs to a high standard, on budget.
  • Create visual experiences that captivate our various target markets and have strong call to action.
  • Ability to work without supervision, showing initiative to get the job done.
