Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team in Wagga Wagga. The ideal candidate will be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

This role requires the ability to work within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with various gardening and yard maintenance supports
  • Providing companionship and support for daily errands and activities
  • Supporting clients with academic, social or recreational pursuits
  • Preparing food as needed
  • Observing, caring and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
  • Responding to emergency situations
