About the Supervisor Role
Iron Bridge is seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring and Lubrication Supervisor to lead our team in Ore Processing Facility.
The successful candidate will oversee condition monitoring and lubrication programs, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technicians to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
- Oversee lubrication and condition monitoring programs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support, supervision, and coaching to employees and contractors.
- Allocate resources, manage schedules, and monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and team effectiveness.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all work aligns with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading role, preferably in a fixed plant environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in condition monitoring, lubrication, and fixed plant maintenance.
- Exposure to vibration analysis software and fault diagnosis, with Cat II Vibration Analyst training an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with ability to influence across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and maintenance management systems.
