The Kitchen Hand Position

We are seeking dedicated casual kitchen assistants to join our back-of-house team. In this role, you will provide support to our chefs while working in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, and events environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic food preparation as part of the kitchen brigade.
  • Ensure the kitchen maintains high standards of cleanliness and adheres to HACCP guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Familiarity with commercial dishwasher machinery.
