As a Chef your responsibilities will include:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of food preparation area and kitchen equipmentMeal and food preparation for patients as per recipe guideMaintain food stock levelsMaintain regular daily temperatures of refrigerators and freezers as per food safety standardsImplement Food Safety ProgramLiaise with management and facility staffLead, supervise, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional serviceSelection Criteria:Certificate III in Commercial CookingGood working knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulationsFood Safety Supervisor Certificate requiredAvailable for shifts over a 7 day roster including weekend workExperience in hospital or hotel food service environment preferredApplications close: Friday 26th September - hoping to hire as soon as possibleFor further enquiries: Maddy McPherson, Support Services Manager -To Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application form.
