Enterprise Voice Engineer Position

This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and ongoing improvement of voice platforms across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years' experience supporting enterprise voice technologies and strong hands-on expertise in Genesys PureEngage.

  • Supporting and maintaining call centre platforms (Genesys), corporate voice (Microsoft Teams), PBX technologies, and conferencing systems.
  • Managing incidents, changes, and service requests to ensure stability, performance, and compliance with service levels.
  • Acting as a technical subject matter expert for project delivery, including design, estimation, and implementation support.
  • Driving process improvements, governance adherence, and operational efficiencies.
  • Engaging with vendors to ensure performance against contractual obligations and IT service management practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in enterprise voice engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Genesys PureEngage.
  • Enterprise telephony expertise, including VoIP platforms, Microsoft Teams 365, and PBX systems.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including QoS and switching technologies.
  • ITIL Service Management practice familiarity.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer service focus.
