Supporting Young People

As a Youth Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 12–25. You will be the steady support that they need to feel seen, heard, and connected to the right services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic support to young people from their first point of contact through to personalised care planning, counselling, and connecting them with relevant services.
  • Empower young people—and their families and carers—every step of the way, helping them feel heard and supported.
