Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care and domestic assistance, with a passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

The Support Worker will be responsible for visiting clients regularly to provide care and support with daily activities such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping, social events, and transport to appointments.

This role involves working independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook authentic meals for clients
  • Travel to and around the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide
  • Provide aged care support
  • Clean homes and assist with household tasks

Requirements:

  • Aged care experience
  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Driver's License (P1 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
