  • Drive business growth by assessing and fulfilling store needs, leading from the floor to ensure seamless operations.

  • Implement the store vision, using independent judgment to cascade key strategies to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate a respectful and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity and fostering a supportive, productive, and enjoyable work environment for all team members.
  2. Oversee the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to build a strong and diverse team that drives key results and performance.
  3. Provide coaching and training to team members, identifying development areas and sourcing relevant training solutions to address gaps.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must have reliable transportation methods for traveling to assigned stores.
