Job Title: Senior Project Development Manager

Join our team as a Senior Project Development Manager to lead the development of residential and mixed-use projects across Australia. As part of our national developer, you will be responsible for managing projects from due diligence to completion.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong project management skills to coordinate and engage with project teams, consultants, and other stakeholders. Your ability to manage complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, construction, and sales teams
- Collaborate with external partners, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in project development or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
