- As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial success while creating an inspiring team culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team to achieve store goals, personal growth, and a strong team culture.
- Lead all aspects of store operations, from managing stock deliveries, conducting regular cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory, to overseeing compliance and safety standards.
- Drive omni-fulfilment excellence by leading your team to meet click & collect and ship-from-store SLAs, ensuring speed, accuracy, and seamless customer experiences.
- Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities that boost margin, conversion, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Brings a hands-on leadership style and experience managing high-performing retail teams.
- Has strong operational skills – you know your way around budgets, rostering, inventory, and process.
- Uses data and insights to solve problems and unlock business potential.
- Is confident managing performance, coaching, and developing others.
