About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bell Captain to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our porte-cochere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our Concierge team to drive and lead our Porte-Cochere
  • Coordinate daily operations and delegate tasks, including the arrival and departure of guests
  • Supervise a team of Hotel Porters and manage their performance
  • Demonstrate a dedication to service excellence and create outstanding service experiences
What We're Looking For
  • A passionate and experienced hospitality professional with a strong focus on guest service
  • Extensive experience in hotel or guest services environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Knowledge of hotel check-in systems and the ability to work with technology to enhance the guest experience
  • Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds, with the ability to provide recommendations and insights to guests
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
