This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our Competition and Consumer team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role involves working with lawyers across all offices to deliver high-quality advice and services to clients.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Mergers and acquisitions;
- Joint ventures;
- Anti-competitive conduct allegations;
- ACCC investigations and immunity applications;
- Access undertakings and arrangements;
- ACCC enforcement action and third-party litigation;
- Marketing and advertising reviews;
- Review of contractual terms;
- Compliance programs.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in competition law from a leading firm or agency.
- The ability to manage larger matters and lead teams.
