Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Competition Lawyer to join our high-performing team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' post-admission experience in Competition Law and a strong track record of advising clients on various aspects of competition and consumer law.

The role will involve advising major global and local clients on competition advice, cartel litigation, marketing and advertising clearance, consumer law disputes, regulatory investigations, and prosecutions.

You'll handle a wide range of front-end and back-end competition and consumer issues, with a focus on contentious matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in Competition Law
  • Strong analytical skills and first-rate drafting ability
  • Excellent academic record
