Job Title: Senior Lawyer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially focused Senior Lawyer to provide legal support across a broad range of matters.

  • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on consumer law and competition regulations.
  • Review marketing materials across digital, broadcast, and print channels for compliance.
  • Advise on regulatory requirements including the Australian Consumer Law and the Spam Act.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a current legal practising certificate and 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house. A background in Telco, Technology, or consulting for regulated entities is desirable.

You should be collaborative and pragmatic, with a strong understanding of consumer and competition law and a genuine interest in the legal frameworks that shape the industry.
