**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for elevating our marketing and branding efforts through the creation of engaging digital and print assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, with hands-on experience in marketing and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a professional, yet vibrant and fun team environment. With a permanent part-time role available, 3 days per week (Wed-Fri) with the possibility for additional days by agreement, you will enjoy a great work-life balance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visual content, including brochures, signage, and information memorandums.
  • Craft and coordinate property marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to bring creative ideas to life visually.
  • Manage online property listings and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
  • Maintain and improve website content, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Client CRM database management and general administrative support.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and creativity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
