Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create engaging visual content for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including brochures, signage, information memorandums, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement effective property marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with our team to bring creative ideas to life visually and enhance our brand identity.
  • Manage online property listings and ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
  • Website management, improvements, and monitoring (Squarespace experience preferred).
  • Client CRM database management and general administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Strong creative and design skills, with hands-on marketing experience (real estate experience a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
