Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Development expert to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance.

Job Description:
  • Support the CFO and executive team in evaluating new opportunities and managing investor materials.
  • Assist with end-to-end exposure to M&A transactions, investment assessment, capital raising, and corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Manage projects independently and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external advisors.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Commercial judgement and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Mid-senior level with experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance.
