Job Description:
  • Validate operational data against defined standards, rules, and benchmarks to support commercial operations and decision making.

  • Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend best practices and solutions to enhance data reliability and support long-term planning.

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely operational data across mining systems.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a mining or site-based environment.
  • Strong administrative skills with proven ability to manage multiple data inputs and processes.
  • Proficient in the use of business systems and software, including Excel, Power BI, and operational tools such as infoMINE, JDE, or similar.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to support a range of stakeholders both onsite and remotely.
  • Ability to interpret and work with large datasets to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to a range of audiences.
