Job Role: Ten Tops Junior Member

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and merchandising in the section/store to maximize sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including operating the cash register when required.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and uniform.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small team, being skilled across all areas.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, using equipment correctly and following procedures as per the Ten Tops standard.
  • Effective communication is crucial, asking questions if unsure and providing excellent customer service.
  • Stock, replenish, and rotate shelves and displays, ensuring rotation is paramount.
  • Keep working areas tidy, containing trolleys, ladders, and boxes to one side to avoid trip hazards and maintain customer flow.
  • Clean up liquid spills immediately and operate the cash register efficiently.
