Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Inventory Coordinator to fill a crucial role in our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify inventory items for purchase or reorder, ensuring timely delivery of essential goods.
  • Create Purchase Orders with precision, leveraging various methods for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to respond promptly to changing requirements.
  • Perform stock levelling between branches, optimizing inventory levels for optimal results.
  • Implement enhancements to systems and processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse and solve problems at their root, exercising critical thinking skills.

About you

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in parts management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive meaningful business insights from data.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create tools using Excel/VBA, streamlining departmental workflows.
  • Strong forecasting ability, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • A strong work ethic, with a willingness to put in extra time when necessary.
