Therapist - Domestic Violence Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our team in providing services to domestic violence survivors. As a domestic violence therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients and their families through various therapeutic methods.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions as part of the Batterer's Intervention Program.
- Direct clinical counseling services 22-25 hours per week for full-time therapists; prorated for part-time staff.
- Clinical case management and follow-up for victims and clients, including support calls, intake calls, and coordination of services.
- Maintain numerical counts of program activities and participate in peer supervision.
- Assist in program development and planning, and engage in performance improvement activities.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks required.
- Proficiency with general office software and excellent communication skills.
