Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to lead the design and rollout of new pricing and packaging models that are simple, compelling, and built for scale across our product suite.

  • Main Objectives:
  • Refine packaging across SKUs making it easy for users to understand, aligned to jobs-to-be-done, market context, and willingness to pay.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring new offerings to market ensuring they are positioned effectively within our broader product ecosystem.
  • Run thoughtful pricing experiments and iterate quickly testing across markets and segments, translating results into actionable insights that drive growth.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and champion clarity for users aligning leaders on monetisation decisions.

Our ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SaaS pricing and packaging with a proven track record of launching impactful monetisation initiatives. They will also possess strong customer empathy and the ability to translate diverse user needs into clear, simple product offerings.
