We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Living Specialist to join our team at our Canberra Outlet store. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through expert home styling advice.

About the Role

">

As the most senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver outstanding store results. Your role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve monthly targets">
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge">
  • Partnering with the Assistant Manager to manage store operations and achieve business objectives">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the home living category">
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results">
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills">
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating beautiful home environments">
