Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

The role of Food and Beverage Supervisor is a key position within our organisation. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Our luxury boutique hotel is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to make a real difference in our guests' experiences and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated staff to deliver high-quality service standards.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with rostering, payroll management, and team development.
  • Drive revenue outcomes for the hotel through effective leadership and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Food and Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position, preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment.
  • Full availability to work various shifts - days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience in leading, supporting, and driving a team.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads.
  • RSA Certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate (can be obtained after commencement).
  • Must speak fluent English and have the right to work in Australia.
  • Hospitality qualification and/or local wine and culinary knowledge is highly regarded.
