Logistics Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand

At Neuron Mobility, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our logistics operations between multiple cities and warehouses across Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, with experience in managing day-to-day logistics operations, developing strategic relationships with freight forwarders and service providers, and holding accountability for 3PL logistics operations.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks under pressure, think strategically, and execute tactically. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who takes ownership of projects and works proactively in an ambiguous environment.
About the Role- Lead logistics operations between multiple cities and warehouses across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on international inbound logistics, inter-city coordination, and last-mile delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with freight forwarders and service providers, exploring 3PL logistics models to achieve company KPIs.
- Hold full accountability for 3PL logistics operations, including inbound logistics, warehouse inventory, last-mile fulfillment, and reversal logistics across the ANZ region.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers, managing expectations and timelines to ensure efficient logistics management.
- Prepare reporting data (costs, timelines, etc.) for the wider supply chain and Global Markets team.
- Identify opportunities for procedural and cost improvement strategies.
- A University Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
- At least 3+ years' experience in logistics operations, preferably with multinational trading operations and/or freight forwarding experience.
- Experience in 3rd-party outsourced logistics solution management.
- Inventory Management knowledge.
- English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Power user of MS Excel.
- Able to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Self-motivated, takes ownership of projects, and works proactively in an ambiguous environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
