We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our Australian team in an exceptional opportunity to spearhead our newest office in Adelaide, build a high-performing team, and deliver complex commercial projects for prominent clients worldwide.
This role offers the chance to collaborate with teams globally, sharing ideas and expertise, and contribute to shaping the direction and culture of our new office.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept development through delivery, collaborating closely with clients and teams across our global network.
You will also mentor junior staff and guide the development of project leads, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years' experience as a Project Leader or Senior Architect in Australia.
- Registration as an Architect in Australia.
- Proven expertise in Revit, with a track record of leading projects through all stages.
- Thorough understanding of local planning regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A key role in shaping the direction and culture of our Adelaide office.
