Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire ServiceNow project lifecycle
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, stakeholder communication strategies, and risk management frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, finance, and procurement specialists
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting deadlines
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on large-scale system implementations (ServiceNow experience highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, particularly invoice processing and procurement lifecycle management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver results under pressure
