What you'll be doing

You'll lead the design and implementation of SAP-based payroll systems, working closely with enterprise clients to scope, consult, and set the blueprint for success. Configuration is typically handled by technical specialists; your job is to own the client relationship, lead the design, and ensure delivery hits the mark.

What you'll be perfect for
  • Strong payroll knowledge and experience
  • Implementation experience (vendor-side, client-side, or both)
  • SAP exposure (as an end user or consultant)
  • Strong client-facing skills and confidence leading enterprise engagements
  • A background in consulting or enterprise solution delivery
  • Worked for a payroll or HR tech vendor
  • Led blueprinting or transformation initiatives
  • Delivered large enterprise projects across multiple locations
