About the Role

We're seeking a Business Banking Consultant to join our Small Business Contact Centre team in Brisbane. As a Business Banking Consultant, you'll play a critical role in supporting small business customers with their financial needs, providing exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from Business Banking customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Complete follow-up tasks that require outbound calls to Business Banking customers, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Work within a quality-driven and compliant environment, adhering to ANZ's risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage complaints within required timeframes, policy, and procedures, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate across channels to meet customer needs, providing a seamless and integrated customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous banking customer service/sales experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Experience within a contact centre environment or an operational/support role, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • High-level computer literacy and navigation skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer experiences within required timeframes, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer, and risk measures.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a supportive team member, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
