**Education Services Director Role Overview:**
This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality early childhood education services.
- Oversee the daily operations of education and care services, ensuring alignment with guiding documents and frameworks.
- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS between early education and care services and key stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate administrative functions of early childhood services, including parent account management and client data.
- Establish procedures, practices, and guidelines for integrated children's services.
- Manage service finances and budgets effectively.
About You:
- Demonstrate extensive experience in providing high-quality education programs for children 0-6 years.
- Show positive leadership and professional support to staff in a multidisciplinary early years' service.
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent).
