  • Manage the reception area and front office, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
  • Effectively manage and record feedback, complaints, and suggestions from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer the Early Childhood enquiry and intake process using the NDIS IT System.
  • Work collaboratively with other Early Childhood Administration Officers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure a flexible approach to workloads and ad-hoc tasks as designated.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated previous professional experience in an administration role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and customer database systems.
  • Current Driver's Licence - P1 minimum.
  • Valid Working with Children's Check Clearance - mandatory.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WC) or willingness to obtain – mandatory.
  • Working Rights in Australia for Full-Time Employment.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (including minimum 1 x booster) in accordance with current Northcott Requirements (unless granted an exemption).
