Job Title: Early Childhood Education Program Officer

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Program Officer to join our team at The George Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering intergenerational programs in the community, working with preschool-aged children and older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support program delivery and prepare sessions in accordance with the trial protocol
  • Actively participate in team meetings and other essential activities as required

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early education, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel across Sydney and Greater Sydney.

Requirements:
  • Early Years Education Qualification (Diploma highly desirable but not essential)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in early education (highly desirable)
  • A keen interest in intergenerational work and the local community
  • Very strong administration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel across Sydney and Greater Sydney
