Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate and oversee our compliance program, supporting the HSEQ advisor and wider team to ensure legislative and internal management requirements are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and implementing the compliance program
  • Providing administrative support to the HSEQ advisor and team
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically strong Excel skills), SharePoint and Outlook
  • Exposure to incident management systems
  • Ability to work at multiple sites and locations
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability for accurate and timely delivery of works while under pressure
