We are seeking a law graduate or newly admitted solicitor with experience in family law and/or crime. This position is to commence as soon as practicable.
OverviewJoin to apply for the Law Graduate or Solicitor role at Trianon Law.
About The RoleYou will work closely with our Director on all matters. Within the family law aspect, you will advise clients on parenting arrangements, property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements, divorce and separation. You will also be exposed to Family Law trials, mediations and Court appearances. Within the criminal law aspect, you will appear at the Magistrates and District Court for Mentions, Sentences and Bail Applications.
About UsWe are a firm located in Maroochydore, on the Sunshine Coast. Our main areas of practice include Family Law, Criminal Law and Domestic Violence Law. This role is ideal for a law graduate currently completing PLT or a 1-2 POA Solicitor.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
