We're on the hunt for a passionate and unique Executive Producer to join our Hot Nights with Abbie team based in Sydney.

Hot nights with Abbie Chatfield isn't just any radio show, it's home to a unique voice in the Australian media landscape - we are not looking to make a cookie cutter product

If you are passionate, creative, comfortably exist in the zeitgeist, and have the ability to understand the complexities of our modern society with your own opinions and vision for how we can bring them to broadcast media, then we are looking for you

Hot Nights with Abbie Chatfield oscillates between silly and serious, playful and passionate, and we are looking for someone to work in partnership with Abbie and the team to bring something special to nights on the Hit Network.

Radio experience is not a pre-requisite - the ability to tell stories and connect with audiences is, as well as being able to galvanize a team to harmoniously work together to bring a vision to life.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading the Hot Nights with Abbie Chatfield team
- Responsible for creating, directing and executing content on a daily basis
- Continuing to build a collaborative culture which leans into diversity of voices and ideas
- Implementation of strategic vision for the show with both short-and-long term planning

**Experience we're looking for**:

- Passionate with a can-do attitude
- Highly organized, with exceptional planning ability and attention to detail
- A champion for the show who can drive it's priorities, and help it thrive from a content and commercialization perspective
- The ability to pivot and think flexibly and be solutions-oriented
- Being comfortable in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
