About the Role- Diagnostics and Repair: Perform thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to meet the highest standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets our rigorous QA standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Safety First: Safely handle vehicles and components, guaranteeing no refitted or supplied items compromise safety.
- Maintenance and Refurbishment: Repair and refurbish recycled parts according to required quality standards.
- Additional Responsibilities: Notate broken parts/extra repairs, submit to Estimator upon request, and maintain accurate records.
- Diagnostic Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities to identify complex issues.
- Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems, electrical circuits, and safety protocols.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
