Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Planner to join our NSW Planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced planner to contribute to the delivery of high-quality planning advice and project management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert planning and resource management advice to clients;
  • Conduct urban planning research, data analysis, and report writing;
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and strategies;
  • Prepare and submit planning documentation and reports to stakeholders;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture/Urban Design;
  • Extensive experience in statutory or strategic planning within NSW;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education;
