Community Venues Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Community Venues Officer to join our Recreation Services team on a permanent and full-time basis. We are also interested in receiving applications for a job-share arrangement and would welcome two staff members who can share the role from Monday to Friday between and ;
Key Responsibilities- Administer the bookings of the City's community facilities.
- Be the first point of contact for groups and individuals who hire the City's Community Centres and Sporting Reserves.
- Provide excellent service to our customers.
- Be highly organised and able to learn new systems.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- An eye for detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of members of the community.
- A competitive salary of $82,049 - $87,516 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience).
