Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to manage the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to ensure quality, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, residents, and external partners to deliver community-focused outcomes.
  • Solve complex engineering challenges using creativity and sound judgment.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across our infrastructure portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and eligibility for membership with a professional engineering body.
  • Proven experience in civil project management, ideally within local government or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction standards, regulations, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders and the community.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality public infrastructure.
