The primary objective of this role is to drive financial excellence across the business, leading financial stewardship, governance, and scalability.
This strategic position requires a hands-on yet highly analytical mindset – ensuring compliance and control while delivering actionable insights that power growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee financial reporting across multiple entities, delivering accurate and timely accounts, management reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain a robust financial control framework, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, tax obligations, and audit requirements.
- Design and implement finance systems and processes to support business growth, including automation and cash flow optimization.
- Provide financial modelling, pricing analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on projects such as M&A, restructuring, and due diligence.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, building financial capability across the broader organization.
- CA/CPA qualification with at least 5+ years' experience in financial control or senior accounting.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or scaling businesses (preferred).
- Strong technical expertise in reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple entities and implement scalable finance processes.
- Proficiency with Xero and other financial systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A competitive salary package up to $180,000 + Superannuation.
