Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Manage and control the operational floor of the restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Set and implement service standards to ensure consistent quality and excellence.
- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and counseling of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Recruit and select team members who align with our standards and values.
- Review guest feedback and identify areas for improvement to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Implement changes to improve the guest experience and ensure that our restaurant remains a premier dining destination.
- Efficiently manage rosters and costs to optimize operations and ensure the financial success of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that our restaurant remains a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience
- Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team in a high-volume restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
