Program Overview

We are seeking talented Graduate Nurses to join our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Program. This program aims to provide a supportive and flexible learning environment that enables Graduates to consolidate their knowledge, clinical practice, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Salary and Benefits

As a Graduate Nurse with ACHA, you can expect a competitive salary package, estimated at around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to this, you will also receive generous supernumerary time, paid study days, guaranteed annual leave, and a graduation ceremony to celebrate your achievements.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process consists of three simple stages:

  1. Online application (August 2023).
  2. Record a video answering interview questions, followed by a Zoom or face-to-face behaviour interview.
  3. Pre-Start Checks and Onboarding, including current AHPRA Registration, South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance, and pre-employment medical assessment.
