About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Service Operations and Infrastructure Group. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the capacity and performance of Woolworths on-premise and public cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure partners deliver to contractual outcomes of Performance and Capacity management.
  • Work with Service Providers and external Vendors to agree and maintain standards aligned with industry best practices.
  • Operational ownership of Availability, Performance, & Capacity in relevant environments.
  • Ownership for operational standards and practices in Woolworths ITIL-driven Capacity and Performance landscape.
  • Fulfilling ad-hoc requests for performance and capacity reviews and recommendations from the business.
  • Monitor and analyze the utilization of IT resources, including servers, storage, network, and cloud services.
  • Forecast future capacity needs based on trends, growth, and business requirements.
  • Develop standardized reporting structures using a data repository updated real-time and near real-time via automation of the data collections.
