The Role:

Job Expectations

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Field Services Team. As the Area Manager, you will oversee a diverse group of Customer Field Technicians and Senior Field Technicians dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your team is responsible for all field activities related to network and service elements within a designated area. Your primary objective is to ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, quality, and technical standards, without compromising employee, customer, public, or environmental well-being.

You will lead by example, conducting quality assurance activities and providing coaching where necessary to enhance IWF and DP performance across all standards, specifically in connect, assure, and build processes.

This role encompasses leading a team, driving customer satisfaction, and promoting operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
