Venue Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and provide administrative support for the Venue Delivery & Operations branch.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Venue Delivery and Operations team;
- Assist with the coordination of events and activities at venues across the portfolio;
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure efficient operations;
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting our values and behaviours.
The successful applicant will have strong administrative skills and previous experience in providing administrative support.
Key Requirements:
- Administrative experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
