Enterprise Engagement Strategist

This senior leadership role drives commercial growth and strengthens engagement across a portfolio of clients.

About the Role:
  • Develop and expand AGSM's enterprise footprint, focusing on executive learning and leadership capability development.
  • Oversee enterprise learning projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with client objectives and commercial outcomes.
  • Take ownership of strategic account planning, sales pipeline development, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and commercial negotiation.
  • Partner with teams to maximise opportunity conversion and support sustainable account growth.
  • Contribute to market segmentation, client targeting, and value proposition refinement to inform enterprise engagement strategies.
  • Co-create customised learning solutions reflecting client strategy, business challenges, and emerging learning needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure enduring, high-impact partnerships.
  • Stay current with industry trends, providing insight-led advice to clients and positioning AGSM as a trusted partner in executive learning and capability development.
  • Represent AGSM at industry events, conferences, and client forums, acting as a visible leader and ambassador.

  • Develop and implement effective enterprise engagement strategies, leveraging expertise in executive learning and leadership capability development.
