Digital Health Adoption Coach Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Health Adoption Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering training at an advanced level to clinical and administration streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and deliver training materials across Digital Health systems to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide end-user support across multiple Digital Health systems
  • Engage in change management activities
  • Precept staff and contribute to professional practice
  • Plan and coordinate education activities for individuals and groups
  • Assess, plan, design, implement and evaluate education and training programs and events

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Expertise in assessing, planning, designing, implementing and evaluating education and training programs and events
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Cerner PowerChart and preferably experience in the areas of: PowerForms, PowerPlans, iView, Patient Lists, CareCompass, Mpages, etc.
